It is a story that came out of my head when I challenged myself to write portal fantasy. Since I love fish out of water situations, I love the idea of a Scientist being thrown into a pre modern world via cosmic horror action. It's basically sci-fi, isekai and cosmic horror into a genuine novel love child. Summary: Lysander is burdened by everything, drowning in the pool of his helpless beneath the crushing realization of his dying wonder and the job he hates. Curiosity is the fruit of freedom, they said. After his cinders of curiosity began to turn into ashes, a lone spark managed to ignite it. After he had a series of dreams that predicts his death, he must come to a grappling realization to confront outside of his methodology, with the addition of the phenomenon of the sky. His curiosity must've burst into flame to pursue greatness. Until he saw the truth.

The exact stories that were inspiration to make this stories were: The Saga of Tanya The Evil, just a man meeting god and chose to defy said god, reincarnation included. Dr. STONE, society in his view reset to pre modern era, with societies resembling middle ages with some architectural anachronism, and he's set to rebuild his scientific endeavours. Dark Souls, about a world dying with the concept of rekindling something that's supposed to die.
