My current WIP is about a sunshine shifter who can't seem to control her shifting, which causes all sorts of problems in her life, as you can imagine. When she finally gets a new job, she's assigned to work with the last person she ever expected to see again - the hot as sin stranger who helped her out on her worst day ever. When she learns the identity of her new co-worker (he's a vampire from a notoriously evil family) and that she will be sent on a week long work trip with him, naturally, her panic induces another mortifying shift, much to his amusement. Tropes we have so far include: ~ broody​/​sunshine ~ enemies to lovers ~ oops, only one bed! ~ forced proximity ~ banter in the workplace ~ no third act breakup ~ he falls first (and harder) ~ Dual POV Full manuscript is done and edited - about 100,000 words. I'm looking for beta readers who enjoy paranormal romcoms (contemporary romance, paranormal​/​fantasy) and are familiar with both genres. Think Bride, The Fake Mate, My Roommate is a Vampire, Ashley Poston books, etc crossed with The Hating Game (Sally Thorne).
