Requirements & Requests

This is my first time writing a novel and I'm looking for feedback on my characters. Are their motivations clear? Do the FMC and MMC have chemistry and witty banter that is fun to read? I would like a critique partner to send completed chapters to as I write. The overall plot might shift, but will stay true to the description above ^. The characters should meet the chemistry​/​banter requirements at every stage though!
