Project Missing

You could say that this past year has been pretty shit. After the death of my adoptive mother, I leave behind buzzing Amsterdam and live with my foster father (who apparently my mother picked out, but I absolutely had no idea who the hell he was) in the Northern part of the Netherlands. Oh yeah, and on top of that: I must face my first day of school. Slowly but surely I do make acquaintances—because hell must freeze over before I make friends—however said acquaintances all of a sudden need my help. Tracking down someone’s half-brother quickly turns into accidentally discovering something a lot more complicated. Suspicions rise, including question marks about my own mother’s death. And once I sink my teeth into something, I don’t let go. I find answers.
