In a quest to find her memories, she stumbles into the job of a Fairy Godmother where she has to help some poor unfortunate souls achieve their greatest wish. Enter Elizabeth, someone who wants nothing more than to escape poverty by marrying a prince. Luckily for her, Prince Benjamin of Bluetree is throwing a ball in search of a spouse. Mallory is tasked to help her by only using limited magic that resets every midnight. It all goes south when during the ball, the king of Bluetree gets murdered and Mallory and Elizabeth are framed.
